Paper Lanterns

A cherished Chautauqua tradition, paper lanterns will once again light up Bay View’s porches for Illumination Week – now extended for the entire season! Add a warm glow to your cottage and be part of this magical community display.

Purchase your lanterns here and join us in celebration! Choose the color and style that best complements your cottage decor and character! Nylon lanterns are recommended for durability, but paper lanterns may also be used.

Jubilee Picnic Tickets

Don’t miss out on the excitement – purchase your tickets today to guarantee your place at our unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime Jubilee events! Tickets are $10 per person and include BBQ, side-dishes, and a root beer float in a commemorative cup. Secure your tickets now and join us for the 150th celebration!

July 2: Jelly Roll Blues Band

Join us for a lively family-friendly outdoor concert, generously sponsored by the Players of the Bay View Open. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, and enjoy an upbeat blend of blues and community spirit under the summer sky.

July 3: Leader Reunion Softball Game

Dust off your glove and lace up your sneakers – it’s time to relive those epic summer afternoons on the diamond, reconnect with fellow leaders, and share the laughs and memories that mad your time at the Boys’ and Girls’ Club unforgettable.

4th of July: Festivities

Celebrate Independence Day the Bay View way! Kick off the festivities with our patriotic parade, then gather for the reading of the Declaration of Independence – a cherished tradition that brings our community together.

July 5: 5K Fun Run

Lace up your sneakers and hit the historic streets of Bay View for our 5K Fun Run! This event is all about Fun and Recreation For All! All ages and paces welcome – come run, walk, or cheer us on! Let’s make it a day to remember! Stay tuned for more details on registration- coming soon.
