DELAYED

Due to the extent of storm damage—particularly downed power lines, fallen trees, and large hanging branches—the Opening of the Bay View Grounds is delayed for up to two weeks and the Bay View Woods are closed to the public until further notice. Entering campus is at your own risk.

The Board approved a motion to delay the April 25 opening of the grounds. The Executive Director will determine when it is safe to return and will give at least 10 days’ notice before reopening to allow cottagers to make arrangements with their contractors. We expect this delay to be up to two weeks. Special circumstances may be granted to allow for early residence if it is deemed safe to return.
