Class: Chair Yoga for EVERY Body
Students of all fitness levels can find steadiness and ease with the support of the chair in this gentle yoga class. Focus is on poses and breath methods that help manage stress, improve balance, increase range of motion, and create good posture. Seated and standing postures will be offered, but the entire class can be done while remaining seated if you wish. **NOTE: No class July 4.
About the Instructor: Chris Howell is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and YogAlign instructor. She has a certificate in Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors from Duke University’s Integrative Health Center.
